Refund policy

Exchange Policy - Apparel 14-day exchange. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from koko b. However, we understand that not everything always works out. We are happy to issue a koko b. store credit for regular priced apparel, if we are contacted upon receipt of the item, and the item is shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and the tags must still be attached. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
